Ben and I absolutely live for low-key, relaxed weddings. There is something so special about a day that is calm and peaceful. This was Samantha and Stu’s day to a T. We arrived to the Sheraton Wildhorse Pass and Samantha was busy getting ready with her mom and sipping margaritas. Her excitement was written all over her face. I think one of my favorite moments during the getting ready was when her flowers were delivered. Inside the bouquet were actual turquoise stones and Sam’s face just lit up at seeing the final product. She, herself, was adorned in her favorite stone as well. And that dress of hers. She looked like she was the definition of stunning. It was just perfect. And then we met Stu outside, completely chill, beer in hand, and a smile from ear to ear. Their first look and the ceremony were so touching and absolutley them. And as the sun set we had a gorgeous thunderstorm that stayed in the distance and gave us some perfect photos and a good light show. Samantha and Stu, you are such a wonderful couple and we are so honored that we were able to be a part of your big day! Here’s to many more gorgeous thunderstorm sunsets as husband and wife!
