So the phone rang and it was our good friends Kelly & Sergio. Kelly said they had a couple inquiring that wanted sexy, sophisticated images and they thought they would be perfect for us. We struck up a conversation and hit it off right away. Jillian is a former model and super sweet, and Stephan is from Montreal and like all the Canadian’s we get to photograph he’s very cool. They were having a half local and half destination wedding in Scottsdale at Sassi and we knew the day would be a great combination of everything. Stephan lost his mother before the wedding, and it was very emotional for him and he had a chair decorated and dedicated to her. Jillian wore a knockout dress and looked absolutely stunning! Our good friend Taryn from Serendipity Cinema was in the bridal party, so it made for a super fun and laid back atmosphere. Jillian even had her lab come for photos. Thank god we got some in before the fountain incident :)! All the Canadian family was super welcoming, and the entire group partied the night away. It was a perfect wedding day.
